Challenge # 80: "Mi2!Mi2"
|
This zentangle challenge was a real challenge for me...I love what
Rick and the
Diva did with the pattern...unfortunately, I don't think my attempt was nearly as successful! This is a tangle I would like to work on some more...the week is early...I may be able to get another tile done!
And of course what the
creator of the tangle, Mimi Lempart....Mi2 (Me2).... really brought it to the table!!
Jay your design is good. I can't think of the time period that this reminds me of, but it's quite unique.
ReplyDeleteLike a hidden treasure found behind the foliage of time!
ReplyDeleteI do see very many Ganesha images in your tile, particularly the one with side view at the bottom! Lovely.
ReplyDeleteYes, Dilip is right, I see the Ganesha, too. This is like going into "The secret garden".
ReplyDeletethis is great! love the bits going in and around the tile
ReplyDeleteAnd so...Mi2 became a Ganesha. Amazing! Love your tile.
ReplyDeleteOooo! I love this and that little bit of red...it pulls you in and really makes you look--I love stuff like that! Great job!
ReplyDeleteyour design looks terrific - love the entwined strings
ReplyDeleteYou've been posting some amazing zentangles, Jay! I love them!
ReplyDeleteA fascinating tile with all the delicate tendrils winding in and out of Mi2. Nicely done!
ReplyDeleteWow, I really like how you did this.
ReplyDeleteI had no idea dots could look so fantastic as this - GREAT JOB!
ReplyDeleteThis challenge was also a challenge for me and I didn't finish mine still need to work on it. Yours came out beautiful Ray! I love how you used the strings winding through it.
